E-signature software for procurement Vendor agreements that do not stall in redlines
Vendor paperwork that closes without a reminder thread. Every new supplier means an MSA, a statement of work, and a stack of onboarding forms. LedgerSign turns that from a thread of attachments into a tracked packet.

Compare plans for procurement & vendorsThe problem
Vendor onboarding is the same packet over and over, sent to a different counterparty each time, and it stalls in the same places: waiting on a countersignature, waiting on a form nobody realized was missing, waiting on someone to notice the renewal date passed.
How the procurement & vendors signing workflow runs
Standardize the packet
MSA, SOW, and onboarding forms live as one template set, so procurement sends a complete packet rather than assembling attachments.
Route internal approval first
Set the order so budget owner and legal sign before it reaches the vendor, and the vendor sees a document already cleared internally.
Track where it actually is
The dashboard shows which packets are waiting on the vendor and which are waiting on you, so escalation goes to the right side.
Keep the executed set together
Executed agreements are anchored and indexed, so the version you rely on at renewal is the version that was signed.
The same five steps apply to every document type; the product tour shows each screen.
Which e-signature features matter for procurement & vendors
One template set per vendor type
Reseller, contractor, and supplier packets each stay standardized, so procurement stops rebuilding them from the last deal.
Internal approvals before the vendor sees it
Budget owner and legal sign first in the order you define. The vendor receives a document that is already internally approved.
Conditional fields by spend and region
Show the data processing addendum, the higher insurance threshold, or the regional clause only when the deal actually triggers it.
Status you can escalate on
See which side is holding each packet, with timestamps, instead of guessing from the last reply in the thread.
Anchored executed agreements
The signed MSA is fingerprinted and anchored, so a dispute about terms at renewal starts from a provable document.
Feed your procurement system
API access and webhooks push executed agreements and their metadata into the system your finance team already works in.

Questions procurement & vendors teams ask
Direct answers. Plan details are on the pricing page; the proof mechanism is explained in what a blockchain e-signature is.
Can legal and the budget owner approve before the vendor sees the document?
Yes. Set the signing order so internal approvers sign first. The vendor is invited only after the document has cleared internally, and they receive a document that is already approved on your side.
Can one template cover different vendor types and regions?
Yes. Conditional fields show the data processing addendum, a higher insurance threshold, or a regional clause only when the deal triggers it, so you maintain one template set per vendor type instead of a folder of near-duplicates. Conditional logic starts on the Business plan.
How do we know which version of the MSA is in force at renewal?
The executed agreement is hashed and anchored on Hedera when it completes, and the Certificate of Completion records the hash and transaction id. At renewal, re-hash the PDF you rely on and compare. If it matches the on-chain record, it is the version that was signed.
