How verification works

Every signature leaves a
permanent fingerprint

A signed PDF from anyone else is just a file. A signed PDF from LedgerSign carries mathematical proof of what was signed, by whom, and when.

01

Fingerprint

sha-256(document)

The moment signing completes, the final PDF is hashed with SHA-256. That hash is a unique cryptographic fingerprint of exactly what everyone agreed to.

02

Anchor

tx 0x8c3d…f21a

That fingerprint is written to a public blockchain with a timestamp. Once anchored, the record is permanent. No one, including us, can alter it.

03

Verify

match ✓ verified

Anyone can re-hash the document and compare it against the on-chain record. If a single byte changed, the fingerprints won’t match.

Everything you need to sign
with confidence

Built for teams that answer to auditors, regulators, and courts, without slowing down the deal.

Blockchain Verification

Every completed document is hashed with SHA-256 and anchored to a public blockchain. The result is independently verifiable proof of integrity that no vendor, including us, can quietly change.
