Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 5 documents total. That is a one-time lifetime allowance to evaluate LedgerSign, not a monthly quota. You also get 1 user, 1 organization, 1 template, basic signing, and email support. No credit card required. When you need monthly volume or blockchain verification, upgrade anytime.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost 10x the monthly price, so you get 2 months free (about 17% off). Growth is $790/year (vs. $948 paid monthly), Business is $1,490/year (vs. $1,788), and Pro is $2,990/year (vs. $3,588).
Which plans include blockchain verification?
Blockchain verification is included on Business ($149/month), Pro ($299/month), and Enterprise plans. On these plans, every completed document is automatically fingerprinted and anchored to a public blockchain. Anyone can then verify the document independently.
How does blockchain verification work?
When signing completes, the final document is hashed using cryptographic algorithms and the hash is recorded on a public blockchain. This creates an immutable, timestamped record. Anyone can re-hash the document and compare it to the on-chain record. If even one byte changed, the fingerprints will not match.
Why does the partner integration cost more than the Pro plan?
The standard plans cover LedgerSign on its own, bought self-serve and configured by your own team. LedgerSign + Valiify Core is a different product at $499/month per institution: it adds the integration layer into the Valiify account opening flow, write-back into your core banking platform, and a joint implementation run by both teams. You are buying the integrated solution, not a signing seat.
We’re a bank or credit union. Which option applies to us?
If you want LedgerSign for internal document signing only, any standard plan works. If you want signing built into your digital account opening flow with signed documents written back to your core banking platform, that is LedgerSign + Valiify Core on the Partner Integrations tab, at $499/month per institution. Multi-charter and high-volume deployments are quoted with the partner team.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we’ll prorate any differences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for Enterprise plans. Payment is required for all paid plans.
What happens to my documents if I cancel?
You’ll have 30 days to export all your documents after cancellation. After that, documents are securely deleted from our servers, but blockchain records remain permanent.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
