Account opening that
signs and proves itself.
Valiify opens the account. LedgerSign signs and proves the paperwork. Together they run account opening end to end: identity checked, documents signed, signed records written back to your core banking platform.
$499/moper month, per institution

Digital account opening leaks at the signature.
An applicant gets through identity verification in minutes, then hits a wall: print this, scan that, or watch for an email from a signing vendor they have never heard of. Some of them come back.
And when the paperwork is signed, it still has to reach the core. If that step is manual, the institution has traded an abandonment problem for a back-office one, and neither leaves a record an examiner can check on their own.
One flow, four steps, two vendors that already talk
LedgerSign plugs into the Valiify journey rather than sitting beside it.
Apply and verify
The applicant opens an account in the Valiify flow. Identity, KYC, and fraud checks run in real time.
Valiify
Sign without leaving
Once verification clears, LedgerSign presents the signature card, agreements, and disclosures inside the same session.
LedgerSign
Anchor the proof
The completed document is hashed and anchored to a public blockchain, with a Certificate of Completion generated from the audit record.
LedgerSign
Write back to core
Signed documents and their status flow through the Valiify Core connector onto the member record in your core banking platform.
Valiify Core
LedgerSign + Valiify Core
Everything in the LedgerSign Pro feature set, plus the Valiify integration layer and a joint implementation run by both teams.
Account opening & onboarding
Signing stops being a separate step the applicant has to go find.
Signing embedded in the onboarding flow
Signature capture happens inside the Valiify account opening journey. The applicant never leaves the flow to sign, so you stop losing them at the handoff.
Signing gated on identity verification
Documents are released for signature once Valiify’s identity checks clear, so the signer on record is the applicant who was actually verified.
Account paperwork as reusable templates
Signature cards, membership and deposit agreements, disclosures, and fee schedules live as templates instead of being rebuilt per application.
Conditional field logic
One template branches by product, state, or applicant type, instead of maintaining a separate document for every variation.
Bulk send
Send disclosure updates, re-signature requests, or annual paperwork to an entire book of accounts in one run.
Core banking write-back
Core is the integration that makes the rest of it worth doing. The signed document has to land in the system of record.
Signed documents written back through Core
Completed documents and their status flow back through Valiify’s Core connector to your core banking platform, so nobody re-keys or re-uploads anything.
Indexed to the right member record
Each signed document lands on the correct account or member record with its metadata intact, ready for imaging and retention.
Unlimited webhook endpoints
Push completion, decline, and expiry events into your own workflow, imaging, and exception queues as they happen.
High-volume API access
Pro-level API volume is included, with higher limits available for institutions running multiple charters or brands.
Examination-ready proof
The part a regulator, auditor, or opposing counsel actually asks about.
Blockchain verification
Every completed document is hashed and anchored to a public blockchain. The signed original can be proven unchanged years after account opening.
Independent verification
An examiner or auditor can re-hash the document and check it against the on-chain record themselves. They do not need to take our word for it, or call us.
Tamper-evident audit trail
Actor, timestamp, IP address, and user agent captured for every action taken on the document.
Certificate of Completion
A certificate generated from the audit record travels with every completed document, so the evidence stays attached to the file.
Deployment & support
Built for institutions that are not a single team with a single brand.
Multi-charter and multi-brand
Separate organizations per charter, brand, or region, each with its own templates, branding, and users.
Your branding on the signing experience
Signing pages carry your institution’s logo and colors, so the applicant never sees a vendor they do not recognize mid-application.
Priority support
Priority support on the LedgerSign side, coordinated with the Valiify team so integration issues do not bounce between vendors.
Joint implementation
LedgerSign and Valiify scope the integration together: one plan, one go-live date, one point of contact for the institution.
Why financial institutions care about the proof layer
Most signing vendors give you a signed PDF and a log they control. LedgerSign gives you a document that can be checked against a public blockchain by anyone holding it, years after the account was opened.

Audit timeline on a completed document
Retention outlives the vendor relationship
Account documents have to be producible for years, sometimes decades. A blockchain-anchored hash proves the document is unchanged without depending on us still holding the file, or still being your vendor.
Disputes turn on the original
When an account agreement or disclosure is challenged, the question is whether the document in evidence is the document that was signed. LedgerSign answers that with cryptography instead of testimony about internal controls.
Examiners want the trail, not the summary
Every view, signature, decline, and expiry is logged with actor, timestamp, IP address, and user agent. The Certificate of Completion is generated from that record rather than written alongside it.
Onboarding abandonment is the real cost
Sending an applicant out of the flow to sign is where digital account opening leaks. Signing inside the Valiify journey keeps the application in one place, on one device, in one sitting.
